Add Your Restaurant to Weh Fi Nyam

Restaurant owners can request a free Weh Fi Nyam listing by submitting your restaurant’s name, location, contact details, website, food type, and your own contact information. If there is no street number, add a landmark, district, map link, or Plus Code. We check requests against public business details before adding listings. Acceptance and response times are not guaranteed.
Weh Fi Nyam is an independent Jamaican restaurant directory covering restaurants, cookshops, jerk centres, cafes, bakeries, and food stalls with a public location in Jamaica, across all 14 parishes.
Send your restaurant
Complete and submit the Add your restaurant form on this page. Please provide:
- Restaurant name
- Street address or location description
- Town
- Parish
- Phone
- Website
- Food type
- Your name
- Your email
Adding a listing is free. A listing is a directory entry, not a review, ranking, or endorsement.
The details help us identify the correct business, place it in the right food category, and compare the request with public information. Business listing services commonly ask for a real-world business name, accurate location, category, phone number, website, opening hours, and other details. Google Business Profile Help explains how owners add or claim a Business Profile, while Tripadvisor’s restaurant listing guidance covers contact details, hours, cuisine categories, menus, photos, and location updates.
No street number? Give a clear local description
You do not need to invent a street number for a roadside cookshop, food stall, or restaurant that uses a community name. Give enough detail for someone to identify the place.
You can combine:
- District, community, or neighbourhood
- Town and parish
- Nearby landmark
- Main road, route, or cross street
- Directions such as “beside the gas station”
- Google Maps link or Plus Code
For example, you could write: “Beside the health centre, Middle Quarters, St Elizabeth,” or “Off the main road near Walkerswood square, St Ann.” Jamaica Post’s addressing information shows how districts, communities, regions, and post-office areas are used in local locations, including Middle Quarters, Cross Keys, Mile Gully, Gordon Town, Greater Portmore, and Walkerswood. See Jamaica Post’s Addressing Standards and Division Offices.
A Google Plus Code gives a digital location reference that can help identify a place where formal street addressing is incomplete. Add it alongside your local description when you have one.
A Weh Fi Nyam listing and Google Maps are separate
You may be looking for more than one type of listing. A Weh Fi Nyam submission adds your restaurant to a Jamaican food directory. A Google Business Profile is a separate Google process for adding or claiming a business on Google Search and Maps.
If your restaurant is missing from Google, renamed, relocated, or has duplicate information, use Google’s instructions for adding or claiming a Business Profile. You can still submit your restaurant to Weh Fi Nyam at the same time.
Directory plans for restaurants
A claimed listing is free. It includes the correct name, address, phone, hours, and website, plus a photo and short description. Every change is checked by hand.
A Pro listing costs J$3,000 a month (about US$19 a month) or J$30,000 a year (about US$189 a year). It includes more photos, a longer description with menu highlights, a Pro label, a “Message this restaurant” form that sends to the owner’s email, and monthly views and clicks.
Sponsored placement costs J$6,000 a month (about US$38 a month) founding rate or J$60,000 a year (about US$377 a year) per food-type-in-town page, such as jerk in Montego Bay. Each page carries no more than two sponsored placements, each labelled Sponsored.
There are no contracts, and you can cancel any time. Paid plans cover presentation and placement. They do not change how restaurants are reviewed or labelled. Plans are arranged through the contact form until online checkout exists.
Questions restaurant owners ask
Is adding my restaurant free?
Yes. A basic Weh Fi Nyam listing is free, whether you run a restaurant, cookshop, jerk centre, cafe, bakery, or food stall. Submit the details through the form so the request can be reviewed.
What if my restaurant has no website?
You can still submit the form. Add your phone, WhatsApp, location description, parish, and any public page or social profile that helps identify the business.
Can I add a restaurant in any Jamaican parish?
Yes. Weh Fi Nyam accepts listing requests for public restaurant locations across Jamaica’s 14 parishes. Include the town and parish, even when the community name is better known locally.
Should I submit a Plus Code?
Submit one if it helps identify the location. A Plus Code works best beside a community, town, parish, landmark, or route description.
Does submitting create a Google listing?
No. The Weh Fi Nyam form is for a Weh Fi Nyam directory request. To add or claim your restaurant on Google, follow Google Business Profile’s separate process.
Before you submit, check that the restaurant name, phone number, location, parish, and contact email are accurate. If the restaurant has moved or changed its name, include the former details in the location description or message so the request is easier to identify.
