Claiming a Weh Fi Nyam restaurant listing is free. Send the restaurant name, listing link, your role, email, phone, and a short message. We check each claim by hand against the listing and the restaurant’s public contact details, then confirm by email. A claim lets you correct key details and add one photo and a short description.
This is for owners, managers, operators, and authorised staff of Jamaican restaurants, cookshops, jerk centres, cafes, and bakeries. If your restaurant appears in our directory across Jamaica’s 14 parishes, you can request control of its Weh Fi Nyam listing.
What you can change after a claim
A claimed listing can have its name, address, phone number, opening hours, and website corrected. You can also add one photo and a short description.
Start with the details diners need to make a quick decision:
- Current opening hours, including holiday or temporary changes
- Address and location
- Phone number and any available WhatsApp contact
- Menu or menu link, where reliable information is available
- Food type or cuisine
- Price range
- Recent, representative photos
- Website or ordering link, where one exists
Hours, address, phone, menu, cuisine, and price range tell someone whether they can visit, when they can come, how to contact you, what they can eat, and what it may cost. Photos help set expectations, but accurate information comes first. Your Weh Fi Nyam claim applies only to your Weh Fi Nyam listing. It does not transfer control of a Google, Yelp, Tripadvisor, or other platform profile. Google, Yelp, and Tripadvisor each have their own claim and verification process. For example, Google requires account access and verification, while Yelp describes email, text, or phone verification. Tripadvisor asks representatives to claim the restaurant listing and verify their identity.

What happens after you submit
We first match the claim to the specific restaurant listing. Your listing link helps us see exactly which page you mean, especially when restaurants have similar names or more than one location.
We then compare the claim with public contact details for the restaurant. If the request is clear, we can make the approved listing corrections and add the photo and short description included with the claim. We reply by email after the hand check.
A claim changes listing accuracy. It does not create a rating, review, or endorsement.
Free listing claims and paid plans
A claimed listing is free. It includes the correct name, address, phone, hours, and website, plus one photo and a short description. Every change is checked by hand.
If you later want more space on the listing, planned directory products include:
Pro listing: J$3,000 a month (about US$19 a month) or J$30,000 a year (about US$189 a year). This includes more photos, a longer description with menu highlights, a Pro label, a “Message this restaurant” form to the owner’s email, and monthly views and clicks.
Sponsored placement: J$6,000 a month (about US$38 a month) founding rate or J$60,000 a year (about US$377 a year) per food-type-in-town page, such as jerk in Montego Bay. There can be at most two Sponsored placements on a page, and each one is labelled Sponsored.
There are no contracts, and you can cancel any time. Paid plans buy presentation and placement. They do not buy reviews, badges, or trust. There is no per-order, per-booking, or commission pricing. Plans are arranged through the contact form until online checkout exists.

Is it free to claim my Weh Fi Nyam listing?

No. The Weh Fi Nyam claim applies only to the Weh Fi Nyam listing. Google, Yelp, and Tripadvisor have separate claim and verification steps for their own business profiles.
Will claiming improve my restaurant’s ranking?
Claiming helps keep the listing information accurate. It does not create a review, rating, badge, or endorsement.
