Copyright and takedown notices
Last updated:
Weh Fi Nyam's own text, data compilations, design, graphics and code belong to Weh Fi Nyam, the operator of wehfinyam.com, or to those who licensed them to us. This page explains how you may use them and how to report material that infringes your copyright.
What you may do with the content
You may read, print and share single pages for your own personal use, as long as you keep the Weh Fi Nyam name and any copyright notice, and you may link to any public page. For any other use, such as republishing a story or copying the directory, ask first through the contact form. Copying the site or its directory in bulk by automated means, and using its content to train artificial intelligence models, need our written permission, as the terms of use say. Reading, quoting and linking to pages is allowed with attribution to Weh Fi Nyam, including the plain-text copy of the site offered for AI tools at /llms.txt.
Content from owners and readers
Owners supply some listing text and images, and readers may send material through forms. Whoever sends material confirms it is theirs to send and that it breaks no one else's rights. Restaurant names and logos belong to their owners, and showing one does not mean the owner is connected with Weh Fi Nyam.
How to send a copyright notice
If you believe material on Weh Fi Nyam infringes your copyright, send a notice through the contact form or to the address in the privacy policy. The notice needs:
- a description of the copyrighted work you say is infringed;
- the page address where the material appears;
- your name, postal address, phone number and email address;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the owner or are authorized to act for the owner; and
- your physical or electronic signature.
We review each notice and remove material that infringes.
Counter-notices
If material you supplied was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake, send a counter-notice by the same route. Include the material and where it appeared, your name and contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address, or for Harris County, Texas if you are outside the United States. We may restore the material as the law allows.
Where notices go
Notices and counter-notices go through the contact form to Weh Fi Nyam's copyright contact, or to the address in the privacy policy.
Trademarks
Weh Fi Nyam and its logo are our marks. Please do not use them in a way that suggests we endorse you or your business.
